Melda amazed us with her responsiveness right out of the gate. We had more detailed questions and requests than was really probably fair to ask of anyone. She was a real trooper, there was nothing she wouldn’t work out for us. She didn’t only provide us with everything we asked for, she really went above and beyond. Three words, Totally-worth-it! At first, I was hesitant, thinking, “that airport must be tiny, how bad can the lines be”? But Melda advised us correctly and encouraged the Fast Track. When we ever saw that line, we thanked our lucky stars they helped us dodge that bullet. My 6-year-old daughter is highly affected, autistic, ADHD, non-verbal, extreme behaviors, the whole shebang. It would have gotten ugly, fast.
